WELLINGTON — Excitement and anticipation filled the air as the Wellington High School Booster Scholarship Fund supporters presented the 2021 Teen Miss, Little Miss and Junior Miss Wellington pageants at 2 p.m. Sunday afternoon, April 11 at the WHS auditorium.

WHS Class of 2014 graduate Mikala Klink welcomed the crowd and introduced the emcees, 2021 Miss Wellington Dani Ponder and Sammy McLain.

Because of the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, the event did not take place last year. Thus, the 2019 Teen Miss Wellington, Leslie Orozco, crowned Teen Miss Wellington 2021, Harlee Gomez. Her parents are Pat and Christi Gomez.
