CHILDRESS – Childress Healthcare Center’s Egg-citing Easter Eggstravaganza is happening this year after COVID-19 prevented it from happening last year.
The event will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Friday, April 2 in the front yard of Childress Healthcare Center, located at 1200 7th St. NW. Activity Director Donna Brown said it is free to the public.
Brown is excited to bring back the annual Easter egg hunt. She just asks those who attend to please wear face masks.
“Everybody is invited,” she said. “Our Egg-citing Easter Eggstravaganza is one more way to celebrate Easter.”
While kids older than third grade can’t hunt the eggs, Brown said they can help their younger siblings hunt. There will also be door prizes.
