CHILDRESS – Saturday, March 13, a Piper Cherokee did some local training.
Sunday, March 14, a Cessna Citation came in for fuel on his way from Florida to Utah, and a Beechcraft King Air stopped for fuel on his way from Utah to Arkansas.
Monday, March 15, a Beechcraft King Air medevac flew in to pick up a patient.
Tuesday, March 16, a Beechcraft Bonanza stopped due to mechanical issues.
Thursday, March 18, a Beechcraft King Air dropped in for fuel on his way from Dallas to Colorado, and a Vashon Ranger out of Washington fueled up on his way to deliver the plane to Oklahoma.
The first Beechcraft airplane was the Model 17 Staggerwing. The company was founded in Wichita, Kan. in 1932.
