WELLINGTON — Hostesses honored mother-to-be Kayla Ashmore Fultz with a social-distancing baby shower the morning of Saturday, Nov. 21. The drive-by event took place in the spacious unfenced area of Foxtales venue.
Guests entered the circular driveway and remained in their vehicles. Hostesses received gifts for the honoree as Mrs. Fultz greeted guests. Farm tables displayed baby items for visitors to view.
Individual coffees were served in hot pink and black striped cups. Guests dined on pink glazed donuts wrapped in color-coordinated bags tied with pink tulle bows. Hostesses served guests as they pulled around to the farm table refreshment station, all masked with pink covers to carry out the theme.
Honored guests were Karoline Ashmore, soon-to-be grandmother of Wellington, Kay Ashmore, paternal grandmother of Plainview, Kamri Ashmore, sister of Stephenville and Blake Ashmore, sister-in-law of Goldthwaite.
Hostesses for the event were Peggy Allred, Melanie Baumgardner, Shari Davis, Lindsay Gilliam, Kendra Hedrick, Holly Johnson, Cindy Lloyd, Terri Morris, Lanna Reeves, Marcy Sessions, D’Nae Souder, Jeanne Taylor, Carly Ward and Val White.
