WELLINGTON — Cowboy Coffee owners Kent and Shannon Rollins will be hosting a grand opening Friday, Oct. 9, at the new shop at 905 9th St.
The celebration will include giveaways, samplings and a chance for the community to explore the new shop on the square.
The coffee shop is serving up traditional cowboy coffee along with coffee shop favorites including lattes, frappes, smoothies, sweat treats and more.
Kent Rollins, a well-known food TV celebrity and cowboy cook, has been brewing up coffee from his chuck wagon for cowboys for more than 30 years. Cowboy coffee is served up just like Kent serves on the wagon – boiled up smooth in his well-seasoned pots.
“We invite you to try a cup of the smoothest coffee around or indulge in one of many of our other beverages and snacks,” said Shannon Rollins.
Cowboy Coffee is open 7 a.m. to 4:30 pm. Monday through Friday.
