MEMPHIS – Red Marble Ministry raised $2,539 for Memphis Meals on Wheels during its golf tournament Aug. 22.
“Fun was had by all,” Kim Hill of Red Marble Ministry, said. “Red Marble Ministry Church would like to thank Memphis Country Club, the local community sponsors who helped with door prizes and the participants who played a fine game.”
Jackie Blum and Rocky Wilks won the tournament, second place went to the team of Justin Hernandez and Frankie Jurado and Donnie and Janet Bridges came in the third place, Hill said.
Wilks won the long drive contest, and Shawn Wilks won the putting contest and Wade Wiles won closest to the pin.
